Below are some possible causes of these skin changes, along with treatment options and situations in which medical advice may be necessary.<\/p>\n<h2>Heat Rash<\/h2>\n<p>Heat rash, also known as miliaria, develops when the sweat glands become blocked, causing sweat to become trapped beneath the surface of the skin. This can result in tiny blisters, bumps, or pustules.<\/p>\n<p>Although heat rash can affect anyone, it is particularly common in infants and young children because their sweat glands are not yet fully developed.<\/p>\n<p>Common symptoms may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clusters of small, firm bumps that match the surrounding skin;<\/li>\n<li>an itchy or prickly sensation;<\/li>\n<li>reduced or absent sweating in the affected area;<\/li>\n<li>dizziness;<\/li>\n<li>nausea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Treatment<\/h3>\n<p>Treatment generally focuses on soothing itching, irritation, and swelling with appropriate skin-care products.
