Ardi was only two years old when he became addicted<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kenyanmuziki.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/wp-image-1905103288jpg.jpg?w=720\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\nArdi kicked the cigarette habit, but began craving something else: food. Ardi became addicted to food and packed on the pounds. He became dangerously overweight.<\/p>\n<p>Ardi visited a nutritionist to get his weight in check and learn to eat a balanced diet.
