The individual was identified as 21-year-old Austin Tucker Martin from North Carolina and had been reported missing a few days earlier.<\/p>\n
The incident comes amid a surge in political violence in the United States; last year, a gunman fired at a candidate during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, and another man was found near a Florida golf course with a semi-automatic rifle.<\/p>\n
